Step #2: Inform your doctor & transfer Rx

Inform your doctor to make Customedico your preferred pharmacy for prescriptions. Contact the pharmacy with your current prescription information you desire to transfer. Connect and complete the Patient HRT Consultation Request if applicable.

Step #3: Sit back and relax

Once a prescription is received from your provider or prescription transfer request is complete, a Customedico Customer Care Specialist will reach out to you if any additional health information is needed. At that time, please indicate whether you prefer your prescription picked up or delivered to your home. USPS shipping is complimentary for qualified prescriptions or a $12 fee for 2-day shipment.
